Job Overview:

We are excited to invite a highly motivated and outgoing individual to join our dynamic sales team as an Outbound Sales Representative. As a key member of our department, you will play a crucial role in driving our business forward by generating leads and creating valuable opportunities. Your primary focus will be engaging with potential clients, both in person through door knocking and over the phone via cold calling, to introduce them to our exceptional real estate services. Your efforts will directly impact our company's growth and success while offering excellent personal and professional growth opportunities.

Compensation:

Base Pay: $1,500 - $3,000 per month

Commission: 5-10% of the net profit from a property we close

Bonuses: We offer monthly and quarterly bonuses that will be discussed upon the acceptance of a job applicant.

Responsibilities:

1. Door Knocking: Conduct door-to-door visits in various neighborhoods to introduce homeowners and potential clients to our top-notch real estate services.

2. Cold Calling: Proactively initiate outbound calls to reach prospective leads and establish meaningful connections.

3. Qualifying Leads: Skillfully converse with potential sellers, understanding their specific needs and requirements to assess if our services align with their goals.

4. Appointment Setting: Effortlessly schedule appointments between buyers and sellers to facilitate seamless communication.

5. Maintain Records: Accurately document and organize interactions, leads, and progress in our advanced customer relationship management (CRM) system.

6. Follow-up: Consistently follow up with leads to nurture relationships, provide additional information, and guide them through the decision-making process.

7. Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with buyers and the rest of the team, aligning strategies to ensure a cohesive approach to lead generation and conversion.

8. Performance Metrics: Set and exceed performance targets, including lead conversion rates and appointment setting goals, to drive success and achievement.

Qualifications:

1. Previous Experience: While prior experience in door knocking, cold calling, telemarketing, or sales-related roles is preferred, it is not mandatory.

2. Communication Skills: Exhibit excellent verbal communication skills, building rapport effortlessly with individuals from diverse backgrounds.

3. Persuasive Abilities: Demonstrate a natural ability to be persuasive while maintaining a positive and empathetic demeanor, skillfully handling objections.

4. Self-Motivated: Display a proactive and driven attitude to achieve set targets and goals independently.

5. Organizational Skills: Possess strong organizational skills to effectively manage and prioritize leads and follow-up activities.

7. Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software, online databases, and various communication tools (text, call, email, video, Facebook) is a plus.

8. Professionalism: Maintain a professional and presentable appearance while conducting door knocking activities, leaving a positive impression on potential clients.

Working Conditions:

This role encompasses a combination of indoor and outdoor work. As an Outbound Sales Representative, you will spend time in the field, actively knocking on doors and engaging with potential clients face-to-face. Additionally, part of your responsibilities will be carried out from our office or remote locations for cold calling and administrative tasks. Flexibility in working hours is essential to accommodate potential clients' schedules and ensure you are always available to set up appointments and seize promising opportunities.
